Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience at Your Edu Shop. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds and returns for our educational materials.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (PDFs, video courses, downloadable materials), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the content has been accessed.

Exceptions: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice within 24 hours, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge. Please contact support with your order details.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

For any physical merchandise or printed books purchased from our store:

• Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective item).

Refund Process

Once we receive your eligible physical return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
